The online version will have the latest special offers. In addition, the online catalog features gift search and selection by prize number, to make ordering prizes online quicker and easier than faxing your orders in.

Purchasing Prizes and New Catalog Accounts
E-TOKEN Prize Gifts can only be purchased by operators after players redeem their points. Operators must first obtain an account with Prize Headquarters to purchase gifts. To find out how you can obtain a new Operator Account and purchase prizes, please click here.
Player Redemption Made Easy
Point/Ticket Catalog - Player Redemption Option A:
A Master Catalog or a Condensed Version prize catalog is kept at each location (to order a Master Catalog or Condensed Version contact Kay Reissig at Gifts-to-Give ).
When a player has accumulated enough points or tickets for the prize they want, they go to the location attendant to place their order.
An order form is filled out, authorized and approved by the operator, then faxed to Prize Headquarters.
Merchandise is shipped to the operator or directly to the player’s home address. It is your choice.
Point/Ticket Online Catalog - Player Redemption Option B:The online catalog method of ordering player redemption prizes is a new option that works essentially the same as option A, but instead of filling out the order by hand and faxing the order to Prize Headquarters, the operator places the order online. We feel this new option will be more convenient for many operators.
Location customers can browse for prizes by selecting the Online Catalog link from the E-TOKEN website.
When a player has accumulated enough points or tickets for the prize they want, they go to the location attendant to place their order for the online prize or prizes they wish to redeem their points for.
The operator logs onto the E-TOKEN website and selects the Online Catalog link. The prizes to be ordered are selected and added to a "shopping cart". When prize selection is complete, the operator picks "Order Now" and the fills out an online order form by entering the shipping location information and identifying the operator (company) that has the catalog account.
Merchandise is shipped to the operator or directly to the player’s home address. It is your choice.
Point/Ticket Catalog - Player Redemption Option C: Prepaid Gift Booklet
Operator orders a stock of prepaid gift booklets to keep at the location in a safe (example: 10 sapphire booklets: 4000 points or, 4 tickets each; 5 Opal booklets: 5000 points, 5 tickets each).
When a player wants to redeem, they go to the location attendant to turn in their points or tickets and are given an award booklet for the plateau that matches their total points or tickets.
Player, at his or her leisure, goes through the individual booklet they were given, picks the item they wish, fills out the post paid order card enclosed, and drops it in the mail or goes online to order using a code listed on the card (click here to view the online ordering page).

Delivery is usually made within 1-2 weeks for in stock items. Other prizes may take 2-4 weeks depending upon availability.
