Add Credits To E-TOKEN'S Easily With An Auto-Attendant
The E-TOKEN Auto-Attendant is an attractive station where credits can be added to an E-TOKEN button without requiring the assistance of a live attendant. It has a dollar bill acceptor and an E-TOKEN adapter where a customer’s E-TOKEN button can be placed to have credits put on it when the customer puts bills into the dollar bill acceptor.
Options include putting a ticket dispenser in the unit for automated redemptions as well.
One Auto-Attendant or multiple Auto-Attendants can be connected to the PC where the E-TOKEN software runs. In this case, all credit and redemption transactions done on the connected Auto-Attendants will be recorded by the E-TOKEN software for accounting report purposes.
The system can be configured by the location owner so that only Auto-Attendants can put credits on customer E-TOKEN buttons, or both Auto-Attendants and live attendants can both put credits on the customer E-Token buttons.
The system comes complete with a 50 foot networking cable. The optional matching stand is sold separately.
