Catalog Prize Selection & Ordering
The E-TOKEN Cashless System and the E-TOKEN Points Redemption Catalog System are designed to work together to make it easy for operators to redeem their player's points for gift prizes.
NOW AVAILABLE - Convienent online prize purchasing capabilities are now available for E-TOKEN operators that have a Gift Catalog Account.
To view the latest selection of Gift Prizes go to our Online Catalog. This Online Catalog allows you to browse for the currently available prizes at the various levels and place orders for prizes online. In addition to convenience, another great advantage of the online version of the catalog is that, from time to time, it will have special offers where prizes are placed in a lower prize category level (for less points) than they would normally be. These items will be marked as a *Featured Item* in the item description.
Printed Catalogs
Very classy printed catalogs are also available. To order printed master catalogs for use at your locations, please call Wallace Distributing at 940-325-1005.
Establishing a New Catalog Account
E-TOKEN Prize Gifts can only be purchased by operators after players redeem their points. Operators must first obtain an account with Prize Headquarters to purchase gifts. Follow the steps below to establish a new account.
1. To obtain an operator account, print out the New Operator Account Application form. Click here to view the application, then print the application online from your browser.
2. Fill out the form. Please print clearly. Once you have completely filled out the form, FAX the form to Prize Headquarters at 1-847-718-1011. Be sure to include your e-mail address on the form, in order that a confirmation of your new account can be e-mailed to you. If you do not have an e-mail account then your catalog ordering account will be confirmed by phone.Ordering Prizes
Once you have established a Catalog Account, you can order prizes for your winning customers. There are two methods that you can use to order prizes through the E-TOKEN catalog system. (1) The Online method using the Internet and (2) the Fax method.
Online Method
1. Select an item from the Online Catalog by picking its image.
2.Select the "Add to Cart" button, to add the item to your shopping cart.
3. You may continue browsing to add other items to the shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, select "Order Now" to complete the order. The shipping information page will then be displayed.
4. Fill in the shipping information for the order.
5. Despite what the form says under the Company Name input field, always input your identifying Company Name or other identification information that you used when establishing your catalog account, whether or not you are shipping to your company address, because this is how the catalog personnel will be able to identify you for billing purposes.
6. Select the "Submit Order" button. A final screen summarizing your order will be displayed.You can print the order from this screen for your records. As a security measure, you will be contacted to confirm the order before it is processed. You will be contacted based on the contact information that you sent in on your Account Application. Normally the confirmation will be by e-mail if provided. Otherwise it will be by phone.
Fax Method
1. Print out a Prize Order Form by clicking here and printing the form from your browser. Please Print clearly.
2. Once you have completely filled out the form FAX the form to Prize Headquarters at 1-847-718-1011. Be sure to include your e-mail address on the form, in order that a confirmation of your prize order can be e-mailed to you.

What is a Pre-Paid Gift Booklet?
Pre-Paid Gift Booklets are the same as having a stock of gift prizes ready for players who have points to redeem! The booklets are mini-catalogs of gift prizes based on the a point-range for a collection of gifts. Points range from 4,000 for the Sapphire Collection up to 1,000,000 for our Titanium Collection. To view all the collections visit our Online Catalog. Each booklet contains a mini catalog with all the gifts available for that collection, a Thank-you message and a Post-paid card for the player to fill in with his gift selection and shipping information.
