Technical support for the E-TOKEN Stored Value Cashless System is provided free of charge for a period of 30 days after you receive the product.  After that time period, depending on the problem, there may be a reasonable charge for technical support.

Please prepare before contacting us for technical support. The more information that you can give us the better. For instance if you are encountering an error in the program, determine if it is repeatable and if it is, please give us the steps that you used when you encountered the problem. If there are any error messages, please give us the exact message as this will help us determine what the problem is and how to fix it much faster.

For software problems, it is also helpful to us to know what operating system you are running and what version of the E-Token program you are running. That information can be determined by running the E-Cashier program and selecting the About -> About E-TOKEN menu item.

Technical support is provided via e-mail by clicking on the link provided below or by phone during normal business hours (CST) at 940-325-1005. You can also FAX us at 940-325-6431. 

The e-mail support is the preferred method because it provides us with documentation of the exact problem or question you have, and allows you to include screen grabs or other information that is difficult to convey on the phone.
